Money-back guarantee — 30 days
You have 30 calendar days after receipt to change your mind and receive a refund, no justification required. Returns made simple: contact us and we will guide you through the process. Full details below.

Right of withdrawal
The customer has a statutory period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract (Articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Code de la consommation). As a commercial gesture, InfinityGame extends this period to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, with no reason required. Where an order comprises several products, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

How to exercise your right
Notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement, by e-mail to contact@infinitygame-france.com, or via the form below. We will then send you the return instructions (return slip or QR code).

Model withdrawal form
For the attention of InfinityGame — Customer Service:
"I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the product below:
- Product description:
- Date of order / of receipt:
- Order number:
- Customer's name and address:
- Date and signature (if submitted on paper)"

Returning the product
Once your withdrawal request has been received, our customer service team will send you a return slip (or a QR code) together with the shipping instructions. You have 30 days from the notification of your withdrawal to send the product back in accordance with these instructions.

You may try out the product just as you would in a shop. You may only be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and proper functioning of the product; in that case, a proportionate deduction may be applied to the refund.

Refund
The refund of all sums paid (including standard delivery costs) is made within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal. The Seller may defer the refund until the returned product has been received, or until proof of its shipment has been provided. The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

Legal guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years), the legal guarantee against hidden defects (2 years), as well as our Retro One™ commercial warranty of 3 years. A defective product is taken care of free of charge. Damage caused by improper handling (in particular of the SD card, or with an SD card that does not come from us) is not covered.
